So, today at school I found out that the presentations as part of our graduation requirements are beginning next week. We're drawing dates at random on Friday to determine when each of ours will be presented. I thought we'd have more time to get to work on them. Apparently not. We only get two days in class. One day was today. The other is on Friday. I am soo nervous.
I also have another presentation for Spanish to start working on on Friday. That one is with a partner though, and it'll be really easy. I just don't like it because it is a presentation. Haha.
Then in Glass Crafts I got to start on my new project. It's fusing, and I'm making a little rainbow heart. It'll be cute when it's done. =]
After school I went to the hospital to get my glucose test for gestational diabetes done. That stuff they make you drink tastes terrible. It's sickly sweet and orange flavored. Yuck. Then I had to wait an hour before they drew my blood, and I wasn't even allowed to leave the waiting room. At least my mom and I are able to keep a conversation flowing.
I'm skipping school tomorrow because it's a half day for advisory. All the work I would do in there, I do in my Senior Seminar class (which is the class where we're doing all the graduation requirements). So, it's kind of pointless to go, especially since we're wayy ahead of the game. So, tomorrow I'm going to finish up my career connection hours (only 2.25 to go!), and I also have a WIC appointment at 2:45.
I have a regular doctor's appointment on Thursday at 2:30. I'll end up missing part of Fitness, but whatever. That class has been killer on my feet. Carrying around nearly 40 extra pounds and trying to work out is no easy feat. And speaking of doctor's appointments, I need to start looking for a pediatrician for the baby. I really have no idea where to start. I've never done any of this before. Ah, first pregnancies.
I really feel like I've got my work cut out for me the next few weeks. Let's hope that I'll pull through all right! (And hopefully just in time for delivery!)
